Service Description
Hikari Motion Lab provides 3D animation services, including product renders, motion graphics, and brand films. Our services include project consultation, creative development, production, and delivery through our secure client portal.
We offer various service packages, monthly retainers, asset licensing, and GPU render credits to accommodate different project needs and timelines.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and credit cards. Invoices are typically due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, clients receive commercial usage rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Hikari Motion Lab retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Clients must provide proper licensing for any third-party assets, music, or content used in their projects. We are not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from client-provided materials.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project briefs, timely feedback, and necessary approvals. Delays in client response may affect project timelines and delivery dates.
Clients must ensure they have the right to use any materials, logos, or content provided for the project.
Revision and Approval Process
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
Client approval is required at key project milestones. Failure to provide timely approval may result in project delays.
Project Timelines and Delivery
Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and complexity. While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, timelines may be affected by factors including client feedback cycles, revision requests, and technical requirements.
GPU render credits may influence processing priority and estimated delivery times within our production pipeline.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and proprietary information. Our secure client portal ensures that project materials are protected and accessible only to authorized personnel.
We may require clients to sign additional non-disclosure agreements for highly sensitive projects.
Quality Standards and Deliverables
We strive to maintain high quality standards in all deliverables. Final outputs are provided in agreed formats and specifications as outlined in the project brief.
Any quality concerns should be raised within 30 days of delivery for consideration and potential resolution.
Service Availability and Maintenance
While we strive for maximum uptime, our services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
Hikari Motion Lab's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee that our services will meet all client expectations or be error-free, though we strive for the highest quality standards.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients will receive all completed work and pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they will be subject to mediation before pursuing legal action.
Any legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with Japanese law and jurisdiction.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tokyo, Japan.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
